Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made up to 14 days before the arrival date are free of charge. Deposits will be refunded without any fees. For cancellations between 14 and 7 days before arrival, 50% of the rental cost will be charged; for cancellations within 7 days of arrival, 100% of the rental cost will be charged. Tourist taxes are only due if you stay. We recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance. Your vacation home will be available to you starting at 4:00 PM on your arrival day. On your departure day, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 AM at the latest. We’ll provide you with the Alpenwelt Card—your personal guest card—in digital format. If you prefer, we can also print out a physical copy. We’re happy to provide baby gear free of charge if needed.
