The Hirschwiesn vacation home, designed in a modern Alpine style, offers plenty of space in a quiet location for extended families or a vacation with friends. The panoramic view takes in the Karwendel and Soierngebirge mountains, while trees to the west provide privacy.

This spacious vacation home is equipped to the highest standards, featuring a first floor that has just been beautifully redesigned, and impresses with its exceptionally comfortable layout. Many large windows facing south and west complement the beautiful, bright atmosphere.
The three bedrooms, as well as two bathrooms—a master bathroom with a shower/tub and toilet, and a shower room with a toilet—are located on the first floor and first floor (with a loft). In the basement, you’ll find a large fitness room equipped with a cross-trainer, exercise bike, foosball table, and plenty of space for yoga & Co, as well as a sauna (for a fee) with an additional shower and restroom—and the laundry room.
The cozy living room and the dining area in the bay window, together with the new luxury kitchen (Dec. 22) featuring top-of-the-line appliances, form a spacious, open-concept space that is wonderfully expanded in the summer with a wraparound terrace and outdoor seating area. The hallway and entryway, complete with a guest restroom, also offer plenty of space to settle in and have been newly renovated. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm). Upstairs, you can enjoy a Swedish wood-burning stove in the largest bedroom, which features a loft area perfect for working from home. On this floor, there is a second inviting bedroom and the high-quality master bathroom with shower, toilet, and bathtub. Large balconies invite you to enjoy sunny moments of relaxation with mountain views.
The living room offers space for everyone with two sofas and armchairs and is equipped with a flat-screen TV (internet-ready) and a Blu-ray player. Wi-Fi is included. The large wraparound terrace and the outdoor seating area with a high-quality dining table and seating are special highlights. From sunrise to sunset, you’ll be treated to plenty of sunshine thanks to the unobstructed southwest-facing location.
The Hirschwiesn vacation home is located in the Bärnbichl neighborhood, 1 kilometer from the town center, in a quiet but not isolated setting. In winter, the Barmsee lift and cross-country ski trails are just a few hundred meters from the house, and in summer, you can reach the popular swimming lakes (Grubsee, Barmsee) on foot or by bike. A visit to Café Pfeifer in the neighborhood is practically a must.
Two parking spaces belonging to the house (one in the carport) are located directly on the property. You can also book the “Abendruh” vacation apartment in the same building; then you’ll have the entire house to yourselves for up to 8 people in total.

We loved this place. It is in a nice little neighborhood with easy access to miles of bike and walking trails. Everything was clean and comfortable and our family of 6 had room to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was great to have a washer and dryer onsite. The owners left a detailed book of information which was very helpful.My only note of caution is that this place has a LOT of stairs. They are wide and deep, but just something to consider if you have elderly people or very young children traveling with you. My elderly MiL stayed on the leveled first floor and did fine with those few stairs. Also, the payment system was only by bank transfer and they don't accept credit or debit cards. We had no problems with it, but it is an extra step.Once you book through VRBO the rest of the communication and payments are through a local German company. The communication is all in German but we had no problems with Google Translate. The owners were responsive and friendly and the communication was good. We loved our stay and would happily stay here again!
