Very good and cosy apartment in the authentic Bayerish charming Mittenwald. Highly recommend!

Haus Bader is a very clean and spacious aparment. Well equipment, all is working. Sitting on the balcony in the morning is the best start of the day. The bed and sofa are comfortable, right what we used to. Mittenwald is charming and magic town. We stayed in Haus Bader second time and it was as good as before. So the best part of our vacation, when we were satisfied with everything. Center of the town is very close and we enjoyed walking there every time.

Exceptional

Nice, "warm", cozy, one bedroom apartment (upper floor) with a view. Perfect for a family with one child. Well equipped kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, toaster, ketle, cutlery, laundry rack. Vacuum cleaner, for guests that stay longer than 7 days, would be helpful. Satellite TV with MANY channels (also international). Close to city center. The view from room = priceless. I am sure that all the imperfections will be fixed. We will book again.

Wi-Fi is weak and doesn't cover the whole apartment. The signal comes from ca. 60 m distance. One of the 2 pillows in the main room was bad. A bit noisy at times, when cars drive on the road below. Missing garbage bags, shower gel and soap.

The location was great! It's on a quiet street and a 10-minute walk from town. We were in the second floor apartment which had a great view of the mountain range. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We loved our stay and would like to visit again!

Für meinen Wanderurlaub (ich war viel unterwegs) war es eine zweckmäßige und sehr saubere Unterkunft

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut, man ist schnell im Zentrum von Mittenwald. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und war sehr sauber. Der Wohn- Schlafraum ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Schön ist der Blick durch die Dachfenster, von denen aus man die Karwendelspitzen sieht. Die Dachfenster zu öffnen oder zu schließen ist für kleine Menschen schwierig (man braucht einen Stuhl dafür), es gibt Verdunklungsrollos.

In der Küche hat man leider kaum Tageslicht, der Felsen hinter dem Haus reicht fast bis an das Fenster und beschattet den Raum gänzlich. Die Mahlzeiten nimmt man dort bei künstlichem Licht ein. Genauso verhält es sich im Bad, aber man kann wenigstens über die Fenster lüften. In der Küche hätte ich mir statt der vorhandenen Mikrowelle einen Minibackofen gewünscht und ein kleines Abtropfgestell für das Geschirr, die Abtropfmatte aus Schaumstoff ist meiner Meinung nach nicht sonderlich hygienisch.

Fewo - einfach Spitze!

Wir hatten die 1. Etage gebucht, unbedingt mit angeben. Alles war sehr gut: Die Fewo hatte in der Größe und Ausstattung schon eine gehobene Kategorie. Die Lage und der Ort waren super.
