Comfortable apartment in a quiet neighborhood with a fairly easy walk to the village center.

The apartment is in a quiet area and was clean and comfortable.

We didn’t have any significant complaints. The bathroom had a tub/shower combination with a shower curtain, as opposed to a free-standing shower which we tend to like better.

Nice place for a short stay

Plenty of street parking available. Nice place and about a kilometer or so away from the center. Check-in and check-out was easier.

Good place for group fellowship

Very spacious, good view, close to train station yet quiet and peaceful. Plenty of wardrobe space. Mr Sprenger was very kind to help us with baskets of our laundry. Thank you!

As the apartments 1 and 2 have 4 and 3 bedrooms respectively, there are 2 toilets and 2 shower cubicles shared among us. Although there are 4 washbasins, all of them are in the same place as the shower rooms. Certainly it's not so convenient as the facilities are shared. No handsoap but there were packets of liquid soap which had to be cut with a pair of scissors. However we managed the use of these facilities quite well with the 2 additional toilets with wash basins, one of which was quite squeezy. We would of course have preferred ensuite bathrooms but it's okay! Could be a great place for groups of young people who are accustomed to shared bathrooms.

A wonderful place to enjoy Mittenwald

The beautiful view with Wintergarden, the location, the house and everything is top. Very uncomplicated process, more privacy and very good rooms and comfortable beds and sofa. Everything is nearby and communing from here to the center is not at all difficult.

The beautiful sunroom where you can soak up the sun and dry your clothes and take a nap. The bed is so so comfy and great water pressure. We also can park direct beside our apartment. There’s also a large grassy backyard to play on.

The hair dryer is unstable. Wi-Fi is relatively weak.

Very nice, fully furnished and equipped apartments with a great view of Karwendel mountain. Everything was cleaned and prepared for our arrival, and keys were waiting in advised place. We did not meet the hosts, but communication was very swift.

Lovely view of the Karwendel from the front door- we had a great walk to the gorge and loved the Geigebaumuseum

perfectly adequate. nothing amazing, nothing terrible

The apartment was perfectly adequate. Easy to warm and suited our needs for a one night stay. The check-out time was 9am, and we didn't arrive until the evening before, so honestly we were at the property less than 12 hours. The beds were typical for Europe, the kids said the pull out couch was okay.

The shower was really tiny, the linens were just okay. It did take us a bit of time to find the keys in the dark as we didn't realize the property was both buildings 26 and 28! We had the apartment name, but it wasn't clear which building to check.

Nice apartment nestled in Mittenwald

Clean, quaint and good facilities. Near to the train station.

The check-in was after 16:00 hrs and the check out was quite early at 9:00 am. We felt this is much less time and customers should be given till 11:00 am at least. In our case though the owners/managers whom we were liaising with, allowed us till 9:30 am. So a bit more time would have been better.

Clean apartment with amazing location

Clean and spacious apartment that has a really beautiful location close to hiking trails and more. The owners were super helpful (even on Christmas Day!) and came by to drop off dish soap as there was none.

The kitchen could probably be more equipped but we still managed to make some nice dinners with that was available.

Overall is nice.

The room is comfortable enough for 4 guests. The owner prepared some snacks for our arrival with some note for our check-in. No human for the whole stay but it gave us privacy feeling. Room equipped with everything we needed and it really functioned, especially, the heaters that actually worked.

We was confused about the location of our room at first. But it’s ok. Room equipped with everything we needed. But we didn’t expect to work on the sofa bed on our own. However, just small matters which are new things to us like pulling out the sofa bed and taking care of the trash after checking out.

We enjoyed our stay very much!

We were walking distance from Leutaschklamm, the Karwendelbahn, and the main area of town. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Our hosts were very helpful and responsive.
