Perfect for a (long) weekend. Very beautiful view in a quiet part of the plateau.

Great location. Really beautiful garden. Very relaxing to enjoy the mountain view. Near to hiking attractions and I imagine in wintertime, perfect place for cross country skiing. The heating needed fixing at arrival for which the owner was helpful. The interior was modern and ok. We rented two apartments. The bigger apartment had sufficient room to have the complete group spend the evening. People seem to complain about the apartments not resembling the pictures but I cross checked with the owners site and made sure to pick two apartments close to each other. These were more or less as expected.

The bedrooms were smaller than expected. Many double beds against the wall and really no space to get around or even store clothing properly with two adults. Not much to improve there but this should be considered in the length of the stay. The (sleeping) couch reminded me of a lower standard French apartment couch. Uncomfortable. That same standard we see with the incomplete kitchen amenities. Checking up on kitchen items with a list might improve this issue.

It was a huge pleasure to spend a few active days and and we’re sure to be back there!

It is located in a beautiful place with magnificent view of the mountains, very close to the XC skiing track. It is also a perfect starting point for trekking and walking, as well as the alpine skiing in the nearby places. The cosy apartment is equipped with everything you need to spend a few days relaxing: spacious living room with kitchen, fireplace, terrace and sauna. We chose it for the third time while in Leautasch and were not disappointed, as usual. The owner always ready to help.

It would be OK for half the price .

The apartment was spotless clean, everything inside quite new. Location is nice, you can see the mountains nearby. Situated conveniently between Garmisch partenkirchen and Innsbruck (half distance)

It has been really small space, the bathroom, the bedroom, one should take care every time not to hurt the feet. The pictures on booking are from an apartment you cannot get - it is the owner's I presume. From our ground floor app you have a full view of the sauna roof with all the hoses on it. Pool is 2x3 m. It would be nice for half the price.

I saw something in the picture on booking, and I pay 200€ for something completely different. No space, no washing machine, no sauna, no Fitness room ( the bycicle was broke…) Maybe it’s my mistake, but to pay that amount for 6 square metres of terrace with view… Such a disappointment booking.com….

fabulous location, great facilities, very clean but bedroom and toilet tiny

Fantastic location! This is undoubtedly a great location surrounded by the Alps. The property was very clean and well kept. The furniture was adequate and in very good condition. The kitchen was well equipped and very good.

The bedrooms were quite small and cramped. The toilet was particularly tiny, and in order to close the toilet door you had to practically climb on top of the toilet to close the door.

A beautiful apartment with a stunning view. Everything was good facilitated and the owner is really helpful. Definitely we would like to go again one day.

Although the toilet was separated of the bathroom (positive!) it was quite small. For people who are a big bigger it could be a little problem.

Superb

The apartment is clean and really comfortable. It has such a beautiful view on the mountains and on all the plants around the pool. The location is central if you like to visit places in both south Germany as Austria. And it is on walking distance to a gorge and a really nice restaurant. We also liked that it has a fire place inside and that there is a pingpong and a football table in a central room. Norbert is really hospitable and is easy to find.

It would have been better if there was hand soap (there was a disinfection bottle, but we’d also like to wash our hands normally), so we bought it ourselves. There was no foam for the bathtub either. And the Wi-Fi was not so good, we only had it in one bedroom. That could be something to improve. Furthermore we missed sometimes that there is no nearby supermarket or bakery, you have to drive to either Mittenwald or Seefeld. But well you can't have everything obviously :)

Superb

Location. The view was so beautiful from the apartment - valley and mountains. Location next to the XC ski tracks. The sauna was fantastic. Access to clothes washing machine. The apartment was always warm. Norbert was a wonderful host.

A little sparse on kitchen implements for cooking. Not enough hanging hooks in the bathroom. Curtain rails seemed to dislodge easily if you moved the curtain too fast.

Heerlijk appartement in een rustig gebied direct naast wandel en langlauf gelegenheden

Schoon en prima modern appartement voor 2-3 personen. Mooi uitzicht op de loipes en de bergen. Prettige ontvangst door de host. We mochten gebruik maken van het prive laadstation voor de auto. Aparte 2 persoons slaapkamer, en 1 persoons slaapkamer, niet heel ruim, maar prima. Stevige bedden. Moderne en ingerichte keuken, vrijwel alle kook benodigdheden en servies aanwezig. Gym en sauna aanwezig maar daar hebben we zelf geen gebruik van gemaakt (ook een zwembad voor de zomer). De loipes lopen langs de tuin, dus makkelijke toegang. Leutach en Seefeld bieden veel recreatie mogelijkheden inclusief winkelen, skieen, wandelen, langlaufen maar ook tennis, padel etc. 4 leuke/goede restaurants met tiroler specialiteiten op loop afstand. Mooie wandelpaden vrijwel direct vanaf het apartement. Vlakbij een bushalte.

Het appartement ligt in een klein plaatsje ca 10 km van het centrum van Leutasch. Je hebt wel een auto nodig als je boodschappen wilt doen of andere dingen dan langlaufen en wandelen (of de bus, die stopt vrijwel voor de deur). Er was geen bankje en salontafel aanwezig, alleen een eethoek.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und sauber. Die Wohnung, die wir gemietet hatten(für 4 Personen mit Baby) war ausreichend groß. Der Kaminofen ist eine tolle Möglichkeit behagliche Wärme in der Wohnung zu bekommen. Die vorhandene Sauna haben wir auch genossen. Die Lage am Ende des Tales ist sehr ruhig mit tollem Blick auf die Berge und gerade als Ausgangspunkt für Langlauf ideal.

Premium Preis, aber leider keine Premium Ausstattung.

Das Appartement besitzt eine gute Aufteilung und war sauber. Anreise und Schlüsselübergabe waren einfach, der Vermieter war vor Ort.

Sehr dürftige Küchenausstattung. Es fehlten Löffel, Gläser, Toaster und Schüsseln. Die Sauna war klein, der Voraum schmutzig und ungeheizt. Fitnessraum war in einer ungeheizten Garage untergebracht.

Leuk appartementje, hygiëne voldoende, had op sommige plekken wat beter gekund, contact host prima.

Locatie goed, maar een auto bij de hand is wel erg gemakkelijk aangezien de bus niet heel vaak gaat. Balkon bij de accommodatie was heerlijk.

Er zaten veel stofdraden aan de plafonds. Er was geen rookmelder.

Nos ha dejado sin palabras las vistas... el lugar.... el apartamento esta de maravilla una cocina abierta super agradable con todo lo necesario , camas muy comodas, sauna privada, todo un lujo, piscina el jardin, los ventanales que recorren todo el apartameto... una estancia muy pero que muy agradable, observar el entorno, mirar por la ventana se convertia en el mejor de los planes,, nos ha enamorado el sitio

Die Lage ist fantastisch, tolle Aussicht ins Tal und auf die Berge: ruhig, in mitten eines wunderschönen Tals zwischen Wetterstein und Karwendel, damit perfekter Ausgangspunkt für alles: spazieren, Fahrrad fahren. Gleich in der Nähe gibt es sehr gute Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist groß und nett eingerichtet. Der Vermieter Herr Mothoi war immer hilfsbereit. Wir sind nicht erste Mal hier, aber immer mit positiven Gefühlen zurück nach Hause fahren. Diese Ferienwohnungenanlage zum Empfehlung!

Ruhige Lage auf dem Land im Alpental, teilüberdachter Balkon mit Blick auf die Berge, WLAN und Parkplätze am Haus vorhanden, Küchenzeile (Herd, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler) mit Kochutensilien, Fußbodenheizung, mehrere Restaurants/Gasthöfe in direkter Nähe, Badeteich und Sauna im Garten (jedoch nicht genutzt)

Badezimmer sehr klein und mit wenigen Ablagemöglichkeiten/Wandhaken, ein oder zwei Stühle mehr im Esszimmer wären praktisch gewesen, Tourismusabgabe wird gesondert abgerechnet (3,50 € p.P. und Nacht), Vermieter war nur telefonisch erreichbar

Erg genoten en zeker een aanrader

Prachtige omgeving waar je heerlijk vanuit het appartement kunt wandelen en mountainbiken. In het huis zelf is alles aanwezig, heerlijke prive sauna (app. Edelweiss) massagestoel, ruime woonkamer en slaapkamers, eethoek, badkamer met regendouche. We hebben erg genoten <3! Er staat dat het minder kindvriendelijk is maar onze jongens van 9 en 10 vonden het er heerlijk en we werden heel gastvrij en behulpzaam ontvangen en geholpen door Mathoi!

Wij waren in het laag seizoen dus minder restaurants in de omgeving waren open.
