Perfect little town for a great weekend stay!

The property was an exactly how it was described and pictured. Best part was the great views of the mountains!

Nothing to dislike, only thing I would say is it is a walk into town which we knew but there was construction so we had to go a longer way.

So disappointing Ieft a night early and just forfeited the cost.

Room shares a wall with the gondola motors. The building made strange sounds at night that kept me awake. The garbage dumpster, with no lid, was right at the window.

The property was located at the base of the gondola. It was perfect as we traveled in by train and walked everywhere. The staff was very accommodating, friendly and always available when we needed. We stayed in Apartment 2 and it was fabulous. There were 6 adults and we had plenty of room. Two of the adults were age 20 and had no problem sleeping in the bunk bed. The apartment was very clean, neat and had all the essentials needed for our stay. The view from the living area out on the porch was spectacular. We stayed in mid July and the night temperatures were mid fifties and with the windows open very comfortable sleeping at night. The walking path just behind the apartment to down town was perfect. Mittenwald would be a place I would definitely visit or revisit. Beautiful town, friendly people and great food. Lots of places to hike and ride bicycles for sure. A definite must on your travel list.

A wonderful apartment in a beautiful, convenient, and quiet location.

The apartment was very clean, and stayed cool even during a heatwave. The deck was pleasant, and a great place to sit with cup of coffee or a glass of beer while listening to the rushing Isar. It was an easy walk into the center of town and back. Despite being very near the Seilbahn and bar, the place remained quiet during the day, and peaceful at night.

The shower leaks a bit from side of the shower door. It is not a real problem, since extra towels and a bath mat are provided, but it is something to be aware of.

Das Bett war sehr bequem und es gibt direkt vor der Wohnung einen eigenen Stellplatz für das Auro. Der Check-in sowie der Check-out haben durch die Schlüsselbox reibungslos geklappt.

Tolle gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und eine Spülmaschine ist auch vorhanden. Es gibt einen Kamin und einen riesigen Fernseher im Wohnzimmer. Die Abende mit dem selbstgekochten Essen und Brettspielen waren sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sehr wohl, gemütlich wie zu Hause. Die Sauna war natürlich ein Highlight. Die 3 Badezimmer sind modern eingerichtet und sind sehr sauber gewesen. Der Vermieter war auch sehr nett am Telefon. Vielen Dank! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Es war günstig, aber kein Traum

Da wir das kleine Apartment Studio hatten, haben wir nach Schließung des Biergarten dort immer noch gesessen, da wir keine Terrasse hatten. Der Parkplatz ist direkt an der Unterkunft . Es ist nachts sehr ruhig.

Die Lage ist außerhalb des Ortes, ca 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Wenn man den Tag über Wandern war, ist der Rückweg das letzte steile Stück hoch "beschwerlich" hatte es nicht auf dem Schirm, dass es doch so "weit" ist. Das kleine Studio ist wirklich winzig und es gibt keinen Schrank. Das Bett ist natürlich immer Geschmackssache, hat aber bei jeder Bewegung geknarzt und war für uns zu hart.

Toll ausgestattete Wohnung mit gewöhnungsbedürftigem aber sehr ruhigem Umfeld

Gut ausgestattete und frisch renovierte Ferienwohnung. In nur einer Viertelstunde war man im Dorfkern. Wer mit der Seilbahn fahren will, hat nur 50 m bis zur Talstation.

Een ruime en comfortabele plek om te verblijven, ideaal voor gezinnen of groepen!

Wij verbleven hier twee nachten tijdens onze doorreis naar Italië, en dit is echt een aanrader! Met vier volwassenen en vier kinderen hadden we ruim voldoende plek. Het appartement is zeer ruim en beschikt over meerdere badkamers, wat erg praktisch was. De wasmachine was ideaal om onze natte en vieze spullen van de hike meteen te wassen. De locatie is perfect: ’s avonds zijn we naar Mittenwald gegaan voor diner en een wandeling. Het stadje is gezellig, sfeervol en biedt genoeg mogelijkheden om lekker te eten. Ook met minder goed weer kwamen we niets tekort; de sauna was heerlijk om in op te warmen.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Gute allgemein Ausstattung. Jalousien vor den Fenstern.

Der Herr am Empfang war leider sehr unfreundlich und nicht wirklich hilfsbereit. Tabs für Geschirrspüler waren zugeteilt und reichten nicht für 1 Woche. Alternative Spülmittel war fast leer. Gegenüber der Haustür und dem Schlafzimmer Fenster standen die Müllcontainer. Früh morgens wurde dort laut Abfall entsorgt.

Durchwachsenes Erlebnis

Super Lage direkt an der Karwendelbahn und bei brauchbarer Kondition ist man in 10 Minuten im wunderschönen Mittenwald und der Leutaschklamm (Geisterklamm bei brauchbarer Kondition unbedingt empfehlenswert). Zudem gibt es einen eigenen Parkplatz

Die Bahn ist recht laut und das Einzelzimmer sehr sehr hellhörig. Die "Küche" ist faktisch nicht nutzbar da nur aus einer Mikrowelle bestehend die neben einem schwierig zu bedienenden, aber optisch sehr schönem, Steinwaschbecken steht. Zudem gibt es noch einen Toaster. Insgesamt ist die Bezeichnung "Ferienwohnung" ein schlechter Scherz. Der Empfang des Herren an der Talstation war bestenfalls als unterkühlt zu bezeichnen, beim Auschecken jedoch eine sehr nette Dame. Da ich zwei Regentage hatte war die völlig fehlende Funktion des Fernsehers ebenfalls nicht hilfreich. Alles in allem ein mittelprächtiges Erlebnis das ich nicht zu wiederholen gedenke..

- Vergleichsweise sehr preiswert - Kühlschrank ist vorhanden - sauber - gut ausgestattet

- die Lage ist sehr weit weg vom Zentrum, gerade abends war das eher störend, besonders, wenn man ohne Auto anreist (aber sieht man bei der Buchung schon) - die "Küchenzeile" ist etwas unkomfortabel - sehr hellhörig und laut, wenn der Betrieb der Bahn beginnt (die Bahn an sich stört nicht, aber man hört das Personal arbeiten) und wenn andere Gäste umher gehen - das Zimmer ist sehr klein
