The house was stunning, clean and comfortable in Belfast city centre. We had no trouble finding parking outside the house everyday. The house was clean and had everything we could have needed. There are shops and restaurants very close by. The beautiful weather was an added bonus! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️

Great location, good size rooms, good kitchen facilities and comfortable sofas.

Mattress were quite poor, you could feel springs in top bedroom, others showed lots of use as dented.

Great place to stay, the neighbourhood is very safe, clean and centrally located. The Lisburn road just off the property has lots to offer for food and entertainment. The house is so nice and comfortable that we were happy to get some take out and watch a movie. We were a party of 5 with 3 kids under 10 and everyone enjoyed the stay. Chris was a great host and everthing is well laid out and easy to follow.

Great accommodation

This is a gem of a find. The house is gorgeous and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Chris is a great host and wanted to ensure we had a good stay at his property. The house is in a perfect location, lots of places to eat and drink in close proximity and there's a bus stop less than 1 minute from the house which goes into the city centre within 15 minutes max.

A great stay. The house was as described on booking.com

The house was as described. The owner was in contact from the initial booking immediately. He messaged again prior to our stay with clear & concise information & contacted again to see how things were during the stay. A really good communicator! The house is well equipped & everything worked well. The kitchen is down a few steps from the hall & a downstairs WC is accessed from the kitchen. A first flight of stairs takes you up to a bathroom & bedroom. A second set of stairs up to a second bedroom & another flight to the third bedroom which is effectively an attic room. All bedrooms have double beds. All are good. The transport links to the City Centre are superb. The train station is literally just down the road but we used buses, generally the 9a & 9b, from the Lisburn Road, literally 30 seconds walk from the house. The bus is about a 10 minute ride to the city centre. I installed a Translink app & paid £4.00 a day to use the buses & gliders, great value.

It wasn’t that near to pubs but we went 3 evenings to Ryans Bar on Lisburn Road towards the city. A 15 minute walk or a quick bus ride. Great find, good food.

We booked into this accommodation after a late flight so the self check in lock box was really convenient. The host was also available through message and very responsive. The house was clean, modern and cosy. Lovely stay overall.

Lovely house and host

Chris was brilliant with any questions we asked in relation to recommendations of taxi services etc. Everything was outlined in messages sent for how everything worked and how to check in. The place was spotless and very modern. Great care was given to the place and it was spotless on check in. Rooms were very comfortable with fans in all rooms as it was quiet warm outside. I would definitely be booking with Chris again next time we are in belfast. And will be recommending to family and friends also.

Chris is a brilliant host providing all necessary information and great communication. House has everything you'd need and is very spatious. It's in a good location with great transport links, bars and places to eat. Highly recommend. We would definitely stay again if in Belfast.

Accommodation of this standard is hard to come by. Every tiny minute detail of this beautiful house is magnificent. Lots of space to relax, beds were fantastic, quality fittings and fixture throughout. Wife wants to keep it … some air b n b type facilities are furnished and fitted on the cheap but not this one. I most definitely will consider this as my location of choice whenever I’m in Belfast again

This property looks like it was recently done up. It has all the facilities a family would need for a self catering break , but is also very close to a number of cafes and restaurants. The host was excellent. Very quick to come back with any questions. Very close to the city centre. We were always able to find parking on the street, which was great.

Beautiful Belfast accommodation!

Such a beautiful house, it was very stylish with 4 floors all to ourselves! We only stayed a night so didn’t get to experience the house enough, would have loved to stay on longer but could only get one night. Very clean and comfortable with all you need. Only a short walk to shops for anything you’d need. Very quiet neighbourhood considering how close it is to Belfast.

This place is well maintained, very clean, spotless and comfortable.It is very convenient, loads of restaurants around, grocery stores are just around the corner. A really good value for money! Facilites are complete. It is a self in and self checkout, no hassle at all. No issues with parking. Everything is perfect and would definitely recommend this place. Perfect for a family of 5 or 6. Chris is very accommodating, he had given all the information needed, made sure that we had no issues at all and he can be reached at anytime if we had to.

Loved this neighborhood house! 3 bedrooms so we all had our own sleeping space. Beautiful sunny sitting room. Very cozy property. Felt very safe and convenient. Having a washer and dryer was wonderful! Updated and well-equipped kitchen. Free on-street parking.

Well equipped 3 double bed townhouse in good location.

Property was well equipped, 3 good sized double bedrooms. Good main bathroom with shower gel/shampoo provided. Large dining kitchen and separate lounge. Ideally placed for transport, very close to rail station and just off a main road. Got parked easily outside property.
