Great stay in Belfast

A lovely apartment, very central just off the Falls Rd. The bus and glider service stop at the bottom of the road. Christine was there to meet us and was very helpful. Apartment was perfect for us. 2 bedrooms and sofa bed in living area. Apartment was lovely and warm and we all slept great.

Great location just down from the Bobby Sands mural. Clean, well stocked, and great communication and hospitality from the host.

Friendly welcome in a fully equipped apartment convenient to the city and to public transport.

Super location, convenient car parking, super access to local public transport. Can't praise our host enough for her welcome, introduction to the property and the city, and her quick, thorough and personable responses to our questions.

Some people may not like that it's a ground-floor apartment, but we didn't have any problem with this at all.

Loved the flat and the area!

The flat was perfect - two bedrooms, nice bathroom, all the amenities one can imagine, including a fully equipped kitchen. Great for a family, or for a group of friends travelling together. There is even a nice patio with furniture to sit on in the evenings. The area is strongly republican - hey, THE famous Bobby Sands mural at the corner! - so I guess it is better suited to people who support this worldview (like I do). Take a walk around the neighborhoor, have a look into the side streets, there's plenty of other murals around, lots of history. Nice local pub close by, a good quality "chippy" to get your fish and chips for the evening. Contact with Christine was very good and prompt.

Lovey apartment with easy travel into the city centre and a great hostess

Great hostess, good size apartment, comfy beds, good shower, lots of tv stations, good facilities ie washing machine as well as cooker, fridge/freezer etc. A few spices, herbs etc as well as salt & pepper provided/left by previous tenants came in handy. There were a number of food shops within easy walking distance and I can recommend the Little Mill bistro which serves breakfast and lunch and is a 5 min walk away. Easy to travel into the city on the Glider, after Christine showed me the very easy to use app for all things travel in/from Belfast . I bought my train travel to Derry-Londonderry too with the app.

Toaster didn't work and some kitchen things had been put away by previous occupants in a less than clean state. Could do with a couple of larger towels too :)

Perfect home for a short break

The apartment had every requirement be it extra towels, duvets, shampoos, etc. It was easily accessible and Christine left us clear instructions on how to enter. The apartment is super clean, feels like your own home. Close to a bus stop to get to the city.

Relaxing, comfy, convenient and spotless 😊

Cleanliness My brother and sister were travelling with me as we were attending the Bruce concert in Boucher playing fields… Facilities brilliant, the apartment was very spacious and spotless. It has a lovely area to sit outside and the weather was beautiful. We had 2 bedrooms and the owner set up the sofa bed even though we didn’t even ask. They helped with directions to concert and couldn’t do enough for us. Very comfortable sleep had by all. Will definitely return again

A perfect stay. Hearing that we came to Belfast by boat Stena Line from Liverpool, the owner Christen kindly offered to pick us up at the port for free. Because we were the last group to leave the boat, Christen waited for us at the port for more than half an hour.Really appreciate it.Ross Mill is located in the city center, it’s very close to several famous attractions by walking. It’s also close to the bus stations. Ross Mill is clean and spacious, neat and bright, with a stylish and warm decoration style. It also has a large yard with a large and small dining table and chairs. The homeowner has carefully prepared various kitchen cleaning supplies, and the washing machine can dry clothes, which is great! We will stay here next time.

No local supermarkets sell wine. We had to go to a liquor shop and ring the bell to be let in.

Last minute switch

I am unable to rate Ross Mill because I was switched to another property at the last minute.

I had chosen a property off the Falls Road but the new property was in a strongly Loyalist area with union flags on the lampposts.

Beautiful apartment within easy reach of the city centre.

Beautiful patio, comfy beds, lovely shower and useful bits available such as toiletries and tea/coffee etc. Hosts also left a lovely bar of chocolate and there were useful fliers on local attractions as well as extra little touches like a jigsaw puzzle.

The building it’s located in was off putting at first and there is a very strong damp smell in the corridor but this goes once you get into the apartment. Unfortunately, the front door slams too so we were woken every day at 7 when someone went out.

Basic. Has excellent potential but cleaning is substandard and we bought toilet paper as there was no supply on site.

Roomy for 2 people. internet access was good. Beds were very comfortable.

Walls in the dining area were scuffed. Baseboards and cupboards are in need of cleaning. A manual on how to operate systems in the house would be helpful.

Hemos estado muy a gusto. Christine fue muy atenta y se preocupó por lo que necesitáramos. El apartamento era muy cómoda, limpio, y en los alrededores había sitios para adquirir comida: supermercados, restaurantes de take-away... No estaba muy cerca del centro, pero por todo lo demás merece la pena, y con una buena calidad-precio. Lo recomendamos mucho.
