Location was good walking distance to city town.

No soap in downstairs bathroom. Looks like the cleaners had not done the cleaning properly, we were told not to wear shoes indoor and our slippers were dirty. The bathroom door upstairs needs fixing had problems closing snd opening it.

Very clean and neat beads where comfortable everything was excellent wish to stay there again we even found some of the stuff we needed like cooking oil and already there

The price was great, especially as it was a busy weekend with lots of events happening in Belfast. The kitchen was well stocked with seasonings. There was ample seating and space for 6 adults. The beds were comfortable. There were 2 sets of keys which was helpful.

The location was not as advertised, and was only disclosed to me on the morning of our stay. It is very close to Sandy Row, which was very busy when we visited, with a march taking place close by. We chose alternative parking in the city centre. There was no soap in the main bathroom, no soap or washing up liquid in the kitchen, and no shampoo or soap in the showers, so I recommend bringing these items with you, or checking if they are including ahead of time. The fixtures and fittings were poorly maintained (broken window handle on ground floor, toilet seats not properly affixed to toilets, shower on ground floor not draining, shower door on 1st floor not closing properly as one handle was missing, flusher in ground floor bathroom not working properly). There was no bin in the 1st floor bathroom. The linens could do with a replacement. We were staying for only one night, and did not spend a lot of time in the house, so we did not flag these issues to the host during our stay.
