Perect location, clean, very comfortable beds.

Clean, perfect location, and enough space for 6 adults to sit and move about freely. Beds are comfortable and big. Quiet. Had everything you need. Easy walk to city centre, City Hall, bars, restaurants, shops. Parking was easy to find.

The location was handy to town Beds comfortable Nice big tv Clean and comfy sofas Good heating system, nice and warm They kindly gave us an extra hour for late check out as my elderly mother in law aged 82 has movement and mobility difficulties in the morning. This was a big help which we really appreciated.

The kitchen was dirty. Dirty dishes and saucepans in the cupboard Nothing to wash dishes, no washing up liquid or sponges, just a very dirty washing up brush below the sink which was covered in hairs. The cooker hood was caked in grease There was cereal over the floor and behind the bin area. Cereal also spilled out inside cupboard The kitchen cupboard handles were grubby and heavy with grime. Inside the microwave was dirty. Chopping board was dirty and had hairs stuck to it. The toaster was heavy with cumbs The oven gloves were very dirty and had mould on them. Inside the cutlery drawer was dirty with food crumbs and orange food stains The cupboard doors had food residue on them A missing door knob on a kitchen cupboard meant a screw was sticking out which one of us caught our clothes on. The upstairs toilet was dirty behind the seat No bathroom bins The upstairs toilet had a faulty flush, when flushed it doesn't stop running. No mattress or pillow protectors, one mattress was blood strained with period blood. The living room mat very grubby Living room coffee table heavy with dust. Upstairs banister loose and shakey and coming away from the wall. No outside bin, had to leave our bags of rubbish and food waste inside and the back door. Tried raising this with property before adding this review but not interested. I wanted to pass on photographs but not interested in receiving them. Sadly I can only post a few here, and can't post all that I took re above

House lovely, Neighbourhood Dreadful. Won't be returning

Home itself was spotless clean very comfortable and warm.

There is NOT parking, especially if you have a southern reg car. The neighbour was out shouting and roaring at us told us to move on. Shouting the house is owned illegally, shouting its normally a party and drug house, shouting she is going to kill the owner when she gets her hands on him. Very frightening for the children that was with us listening to her. Taxi drivers didn't recommend this area to stay in either. The house is lovely just not in an area suitable for southern Ireland residents, nor if you have children with you.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the house to our friends and family

The house was in an ideal location for us, we were able to walk into the city centre in about 15minutes.

We thought there should have been more towels provided and a shower mat, as we had to put a towel on the floor to collect the water from the shower and we only got 1 each no hand towels. There was also a shortage of toilet paper we thought there would be enough provided for the time we were there but had to get more.

This place is FILTHY. The property is absolutely filthy. Do not stay here. Toe nails in the carpet Random dirt and broken plastic in the carpet Filthy toilet brushes Filthy kitchen cupboards Extremely dusty beds/headboards This property needs a good cleaning and vacuuming I think they only replace the bedding and that’s it One trash can in entire house, none in bathrooms Random mail in cupboards Used, dirty pan in oven. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Lovely comfortable house with plent of room.the Best is when u travel with kids, they have bedroom upstairs and parents can enjoy quiet and Peace in bedroom downstairs...showers Perfect comfortable with good pressure and hot water.good owner and everything what u need for ur stay is great.
