Looks are deceiving

The location is minutes away from pubs, food and convenient stores. It's also a short walk to the bus stop. The house house was clean for the most part.

My immediate thought was that it's a really nice apartment. Unfortunately, once I started going through it there were quite a few things broken. This includes the my bed. I slept on the floor for two nights with my son. My bedroom door had really loose hinges. The send bedroom lights didn't work, so mom resorted to the lamps. It would have been nice to come into a warm home but it was icey cold. The heater was malfunctioning and didn't get resolved until midday (16hrs later. So we slept like cickles. Their response time to my complaint was delayed. The kitchen has mold (due to broken kettle to does shut off). The refrigerator was just a fridge with one shelf and 3 side trays. No freezer. Bin was full from previous client. Send the photos of previous damage including loose carpet and full bin after our arrival. The bin was removed and never returned. Our first day was lost because we couldn't shower until the heater was reset and waited for the bed to be replaced but never happened until I complained on 3rd day. Bathroom is very large but no hot water flowing from faucet. Building needs a overhaul with repair and replacement before next book.

Awful

Nothing. It was completely disgusting. I went for the Christmas markets with my children. I know it wasn't expensive, but that aside, I would have expected it to be clean. Backyard had bin bags, fagbutts, and empty beer bottles outside. Cupboards were dirty. I wouldn't dream of using any of the plates or glasses. TV was crap. BUT upstairs, we found Poo on the duvet and pee stains on other sheets. The black bin was filled to the brim. My 11 year old asked to go home. I stayed long enough to book somewhere else, which was amazing. The first place turned my stomach! There was no response from the owner regarding a refund due to being false advertising. And no refund!!! Do not book this place.

Host didn't communicate until 45 minutes before check-in, despite numerous messages earlier in the week and telephone calls on the day so we had to make alternative arrangements as couldn't be sure of access to the property. Also refused to give a refund but thankfully Booking.com sorted that

Some problems as below: 1. Key was on the door when we arrived. 2. No hair dryer or iron box found. 3. The stand lamp in the main bedroom doesn’t works, also the wardrobe was broken 5. Toilet had no lock. 6. The heater was not working the second day and we didn’t have hot water. 7. And the bed sheet was not clean, there were hairs on it 8. We couldn’t reach the landlord, phone callings and messages are not timely responded. 9. There was no facilities as advertised.

Unprofessional Host and Paid for things not given.

The location was very convenient and the keys were easy to collect and leave behind.

The Host did not answer phone calls and only responded sporadically through text message. The Wifi did not work the entire time we were there and we had to buy our own. The heating and hot water also did not work, which greatly impacted our stay, as the house was cold and made one of us catch a chest cold and we could not shower without hot water. I contacted the host about these issues and they kept saying someone would be by to sort them, but no one came. We also did not recieve the free toiletries advertised and had to use the dish soap in the bathroom. We tried to sort this with the Host afterward but they stopped responding to our messages and Booking.com also did not help. When calling them, the phone would hang up and emails said they'd get back to us in 24 hours and then we'd hear nothing. Hence now, this review.

Family city break My wife and 4 children stayed in the property for 4 nights . We had a lovely time

Unfortunately, there were some missing items that are common sense to be at the property but there was nothing of the following items in this property Washing facilities like hand washing in the toilet, No washing facilities for dishwashing. No towel, no bin bag. There was a problem with wifi internet connection, although they provided us a wireless wifi from their neighbour two days after our arrival. Unfortunately the phone network was weak in the area and we couldn’t connect with our phone network to the internet. Property is located in a good location in the city but I believe if the landlord put a little bit of attention to the tiny above mentioned points, they will have lots of happy visitors.

Beddings were notup to standard ,pillows were very thin,wardrobe door falling apart, bathroom not clean and toilet paper were half used and very little left on.

Great little house

We had to change houses due to the people before leaving the house a mess. We got details of a new place which was 68 mountcollyer Avenue. This was only a 2 bedroom, but the host did offer to bring a sofa bed round, which didn't matter as it was only 2 nights. The pans were missing, but brand new ones and baking tray for oven were delivered very quickly. The house was very clean too. The house was very clean, and Very warm had to turn heating off. Perfect little place for a few days.

Location as was a little far from cathedral quarter, Titanic museum and the SSE arena so did spend money on Ubers. No iron Need to sort the living room curtains out as the net trapped in between.

Una cama doble no tenía somier, el colchón se hundía y no poco. El armario estaba roto y la puerta se caía. Los enchufes no estaban colocados para facilitar nada, no se podían conectar las lámparas. Las cortinas estaban caídas. Había tan sólo un rollo de papel para dos días y una familia. El vinilo del suelo estaba levantado… parecía que la casa estaba abandonada.
