Booked here because me, my husband and 2 grown up children booked a last minute 48 hours in Belfast. We knew we wouldn't be in our accomodation long so didn't want to pay a lot of money. Some of the reviews made us a bit wary but we needn't have worried. For the price you pay, this was a steal! It's a whole 2 bedroom house with sofa bed in the lounge. Yes the beds were creaky (we all thought they were comfy) and yes there were areas that looked a bit tired but the price reflects this fairly we thought. It took us about 15 minutes to get into the centre in an Uber which was about £10 for the 4 of us, barely more than the bus so it was no issue. We'd all happily stay again!!

For the price, nothing. And we were aware of the distance into town because we do our homework.

Owner was lovely to deal with, we had a few questions and he answered immediately and was clear in his communication. House was clean, comfortable and warm, kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots, etc for the 5 of us. Neighbourhood was quiet and pleasant and loads of food delivery options.

The location is quiet, private parking , overall cleanliness is okey.

The toilet floor is dirty and needs to be renovated or redone. The heating worked out okey for a while but after 2 people had shower, no hot water anymore. The bucket for cleaning was left in the kitchen and it was so dirty.
