Avisa Villa - 4 bedroom Villa with Majestic Ocean Views

Andrea was a great host! even expected us with a bottle of wine The house is amazing, super confortable, well equiped, ideal for a relaxing stay We were 8 adults. Huge rooms, all with in suite bathrooms. Very clean, quiet, great views on the ocean Good location, central to visit Table Mountain, Botanical Garden, Lion´s Head, Misty Cliffs, Cape of Good Hope. Highly recommended!!!!

اعجبني المكان جدا نظيف وهادئ وفي حي راقي تعامل الموظفين كان جدا راقي مع انه وصلنا متأخرين لكن كانت في انتظارنا والغرف كلها واسعه ونظيفه وديكور مرتب ومقابل الشاطئ ومنظر واطلاله على البحر الصراحه انصح فيه وبقوة جميل جدا خصوصا للعوئل

فقط انه بعيد شوي عن السنتر تقريبا 15 دقيقه لكنها ما كانت مشكله بالنسبه لي لنه عندي سياره

Absolutely Amazing Stay at Avista Villa! We had the most incredible time at Avista Villa right in front of Hout Bay Beach. Everything was just perfect from start to finish. The location is unbeatable – waking up to the sound of the ocean and having the beach just steps away made our stay so relaxing and memorable. One of our favorite features was the roof swing in the bedroom – it was such a unique touch! Positioned right in front of the huge windows, it offered the perfect spot to unwind while taking in the breathtaking views of the ocean and mountains. It felt like a dream. The villa itself was beautifully designed, spacious, and spotless. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We truly loved everything – from the cozy atmosphere and stunning views to the peaceful surroundings and beach access. It was the perfect getaway, and we can’t wait to come back! Highly recommended!

A Few Suggestions to Make a Great Stay Even Better While our overall experience at Avista Villa was amazing, there are a couple of things we feel could be improved to make the stay even more comfortable and inclusive for future guests. Firstly, adding air conditioning units to all the rooms would really help during colder winter months. Some extra warmth would make the villa even more cozy and enjoyable during chillier nights. Secondly, as Muslim guests, we would have really appreciated a separate mini fridge to store halal food. Since some guests may consume pork or alcohol, it would be great to have a small, dedicated fridge available for those who have specific dietary or religious needs. It’s a simple addition that could make a big difference in making everyone feel welcome and respected. These are just small suggestions for an otherwise wonderful and beautifully designed place. We hope to see these changes in the future, and we’d happily return!

The host is very lovely, the house is beautiful and clean💯

It's a bit far from most activities and the tour bus doesn't go that side after 4pm and on Sat the 1st bus is at 10:30 of which we reach the breakfast restaurant very late and our activities time gets limited.
