Qualche pecca sulla pulizia, ma tutto sommato era a posto!

De kamer was lekker ruim, jacuzzi heel fijn en het was schoon. Goede locatie!

Ontbijt stelde niet zoveel voor, maar daar kwamen we ook niet voor.

It was in the good location, was clean and staff was kind.

The accommodation wasn’t in the location that we booked, after online check in, which was very complicated for me, I saw that Im on other location. I was nit informed that I need 10 or 20 cent to use elevator, we were not informed that the breakfast was in room and it was confencionary ( some packed sweets) and coffee.the wifi was very bad, in some part of room was not possible to access…

The best thing about the property was the location. It was very convenient and within walking distance of the city centre and main attractions.

Before arrival, I received many messages asking me to pay the city tax through their website. I would have preferred to pay it in person, but they insisted, so I eventually did it online. However, when it was actually time for the self check-in, the situation was quite different. I was the one sending messages because I needed assistance, but I did not receive a response when I needed it, despite all the messages I had received beforehand. But the biggest disappointment was the breakfast. I specifically booked this property because breakfast was advertised as “included in the price.” When I asked what time breakfast would be served, I was told that everything needed for a “proper Italian breakfast” would be in the room. I found this response quite ironic, as what was actually provided was just a packaged juice and a few packaged cakes/snacks. This was extremely misleading!! .. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations.
