Hotel Nunù

Size of the room was quite decent and there was a small balcony. The location was very good. Hotel Nunu is located between two metro stations Duomo and Universita in line 1; in a walking distance to Naples port.

Location was great if you look for a place close to historic center, despite it's located in a historic building there is an elevator which was so difficult to find, room was always so clean, staff was so friendly especially a special thanks to Roberta and Francesca, breakfast was everyday fresh but most remarkable part was giving the feeling of at a restaurant rather than a hotel open buffet breakfast, Francesca was so nice always with a smiling face. Roberta was always helpful.

Room size was ok though according to booking it was 20 sqm so I was expecting a bit bigger but more importantly bathroom was small. There was bathrobe in the list but wasn't exist in the room. Also there wasn't a simple kettle in the room -Yes it wasn't in the room description- but a 4 star-hotel should gave at least kettle in the room. I had to ask hot water to make tea every evening and first evening I didn't have tea bag so I requested one, at the end I had to pay extra for tea which was supposed to be a service of 4 star-hotel.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our vacation went well thanks to their advice about for example. tourist sites, trains, taxis and buses.

The ground floor entrance is shabby.
