The breakfast was fab and the room it was served in was beautiful. Our room had a lovely high ceiling and was very pretty. Loved the location of the hotel, even though we were tucked down an alley, we felt like we were in the middle of a fun area with bars, restaurants, live music and markets. Would happily stay there again x
The aircon is quite noisy but works well.

Location is excellent
Very narrow streets so getting there is difficult. Underground car park near by is useful.

- Great location in the city center
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Some people mention in their reviews that the street is sketchy and full of graffitis, that is true but it feels safe enough for a solo woman traveller
- Poor housekeeping - there was black mold in the bathroom, even on the wall, an issue for me being allergic to mold
- missing fixtures in the bedroom - not what I expect from a 4star property
- we were two adults and one 4 year old child - which was disclosed by us at booking - in what world they think that these railings with huge gaps are suitable for a family with a young child (the fact that the room would be split level was not apparent upon booking)
