The location and balcony were fantastic, and the complimentary Proseco was welcoming after a long travel day. Also loved the L’Occitane bath products.
No physical staff on site, although the owner was very attentive on Whatsapp.

Very easy check in! Clean and came with toiletries which made things easier as we were at the end of our holiday.
We couldn’t get the tv to connect to the streaming services which we were told were included.

Really well located. The room was a good size and the bathroom very large. The room was well equipped. The team are friendly and easily available by WhatsApp and were solution orientated when dealing with my queries. Memory foam bed and pillows were unexpectedly comfortable. Really well located for all major sites and transport to Pompei and the port for the Amalfi Coast.
Nothing I could think of. Maybe a few more hangers for a longer stay.
