Jättetrevlig personal! Städerskan Nunzia var väldigt snäll och tillmötesgående och hjälpte oss med en tidig incheckning, samt städade rummet väldigt bra. Det ligger väldigt lägligt, nära till sevärdheter och till tågstationen. Det var också enkelt att få tag på en taxi!
Rummen var lite lyhörda ut mot resten av byggnaden, men på kvällen blev det väldigt tyst så inget man störde sig på.

It't location, location and location, often said in this business. Very well located in central Napoli/Naples close to the harbour( so if you're you using the ferries a perfect one) and everything I wanted to do within easy reach. Clean and comfy and spacious rooms with a great bathroom and shower and well cleaned by Nuncia I believe her name was in the housekeeping department. Communications with staff was easy and friendly although in the end didn't meet any of them apart from the one in housekeeping. Grazie mille.
To be honest the breakfast included at a nearby café didn't impress thus think they could skip it if you ask me. I tried it once and then opted for a much better one literally on the corner next door(obviously paying for it which I don't mind) Didn't feel it added any value to a fair priced room. But all good, I'm sure most like it ;)

Cattivo odore dal bagno nella camera 101. Rombo assordante durante tutta la notte nella camera 105.
