The room was an easy walk from the ferry terminal and to a lot of the main shopping and tourist areas in Naples. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel didn’t have any in person assistance but were very quick to respond to all of our questions.
There was no one at the front counter for check in although the lovely cleaning lady helped us with an early arrival. The city is quite noisy at night too but nothing that is the fault of the hotel.
