The facilities were VERY clean and nicely decorated. Very comfortable rooms and beds. The Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Great communication and nice amenities. Great directions on how to get there and how to proceed with the check in process.
Unfortunately, the location, even though it is in the city center, is a bit disappointing. There is a lot of homelessness, trash and bums all over. The city of Naples is going through some tough immigration challenges and it reflects in the appearance of the city,

Отличное расположение - от вокзала реальные 5 минут пешком. Сама процедура заселения очень удобная и понятная. Отлично оборудованный мини отель со всем необходимым - удобные кровати, хорошая сантехника, комплиментарные вода, чай и кофе. Персонал постоянно на связи и решает любые вопросы. Есть терраса, что очень удобно. Минусов не обнаружено. Прекрасный вариант для центра Неаполя
