I was extremely satisfied with my stay at Aroma B&B. The room was charming, cozy, and thoughtfully furnished. I especially appreciated the coffee machine and the refrigerator, which made my stay even more comfortable. A particular highlight was the small balcony, where I could truly enjoy the unique atmosphere and charm of Naples. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. They provided me with many great recommendations for restaurants and activities and were always happy to help. Overall, the communication was warm, pleasant, and uncomplicated throughout my stay. I highly recommend Aroma B&B and would gladly stay there again.

The only thing worth mentioning is that the surrounding area can be quite noisy, due to both the flight path from the airport and the lively street life of Naples. Light sleepers may want to bring earplugs. However, this vibrant atmosphere is also part of Naples’ unique charm and authenticity.

Arriving to the hotel was an experience in itself. For me the neighborhood was "wild" and might be scary for solo travelers during night time. On the contrary the room was quiet and situated in a nice building.

For the elevator each time you have to pay 10 cents :( Even if I mentioned in my booking that we were coming in 3, we have only received towels for 2 persons. In addition the extra bed was broken and couldn't be used by my daughter, so we need to sleep in 3 in one bed. The bathroom door could not be closed. In addition the breakfast is limited to 1 croissant and 1 capucino.

The check-in was very smooth and the host was very kind to give us an early check in. However he had already given us the possibility of leaving our luggage at the B&B so we can tour a bit immediately. The room was tiny but very clean. The host was very responsive and helpful all throughout

The location was pretty central but in the more densely populated part of Naples. The old city is about 30 minutes on foot if you know the short cuts. It's around 20 minutes on foot to the train station. Getting a taxi is next to impossible with the crazy traffic so you really need to know your way around on foot. The bed wasn't particularly comfortable and the pillows were tiny and hard... So sleeping wasn't very comfortable either.

Very helpful staff. Although I arrived after mid-night, they gave me instructions on the phone to open the doors.

The pictures look much better than the reality. Not a good location if you'd like to go out at night ... homeless people were sleeping under the building Very small bathroom
