IL FIORE D'ORO LUXURY

Excellent stay in Naples. Exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. Breakfast on the terrace was an added bonus. Lovely staff and good instructions for self check in

The area around the apartment wasn’t the cleanest but that’s not the property’s fault

Spacious and comfortable room, friendly host, nice breakfast

Some parts of the room weren’t in the best/newest shape (for example the shower), location is ok but a bit noisy

Maria, the host was fantastic. Maria was constantly in communication with us, booked transfers in for us, made sure we had everything we needed. She was fantastic and we got into our room early which was a massive plus. The room was gorgeous, great location, 2 shared patios, daily house keeping, breakfast etc.

The room didn’t have a mini fridge, this is essential for us to have cold water and store any take away food. This may be a personal preference but we were missing a fridge and kitchen wear such as glasses and cutlery.

The owner was lovely and very helpful, she let us check in early. Room was nicely decorated and size was nice.

Previous guests blocked the toilet so the water started coming back up the shower after flushing the toilet. The owner called someone the same day to fix it and if was sorted before we came back from a sightseeing, but shower still blocked. Thankfully we were staying only one night. Breakfast was from 8-10, but the lady at the kitchen was very overwhelmed with the amount of people that came in at 8am that we didn't even stay for breakfast or coffee as it was too crowded, just left to the closest cafe. At 1am someone was cleaning the streets with the forklift and making so much noise that the whole street must have been disturbed. My boyfriend said this street reminds him of the khao san road in Bangkok
