The bed was very comfortable for me. I just did a replacement , the first one was not comfortable enough, the change my room and the bed was great

Staff were so friendly and helpful! Especially “boss”, he help me with my tickets.
Hotel located in very bad and unsafe location. If you be outside till 7-8pm than it’a maybe safe to go back to hotel at that time, but when the sun goes dawn.. do not recommend go outside after 7pm.

Staff were well prepared for us, room clean and serviced every day.
Location was great near the Station, but the neighborhood felt very unsafe, with people loitering around.

The only good thing was the metro,train and bus station that were really close to explore the city.
We didnt stay at the 'hotel' but opposite the street in another building,when we arrived the room wasnt cleaned,the sheets were dirty,the walls extremelly ditry,no towels and in a really bad neighborhood,creepy!Homeless people in the streets around drug addicts,extremely dirty streets.The guy at the 'reception' did everything he could for us,so is a plus,but I would never stay again at this place.
