The room and the staff were nice. The bathroom and beds were clean.
The area was very crowded and the lift was very old and clostrophobic.

Was very comfortable with air conditioning being fantastic for the 40 degree weather we were dealing with. Also amazing location with lots of restaurants and not far to walk to Garibaldi. Felt very safe as well.

The inside is exactly as described, pretty new, functioning air conditioning and big room. The staff was very nice and helpful. The bathroom was clean. The printer outside of the room was handy. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. It was quite convenient to reach the city centre by walk, and it was very easy to reach from the airport.
Perhaps the area is not the best, Naples train station is surrounded by weirdos especially at night. The streets were a bit dirty. However, we didn't feel threatened at all or unsafe. It has some very nice pizzerias and cake shops around though.

It was not clean. There was dust everywere, the shower was full of mold and not very clean.
