Very clean, great facilities, water in fridges, toiletries available. They have tried very hard to make the rooms as special as possible. They let us leave our luggage too which was very helpful. We only communicated via WhatsApp but they were quick to respond.
The lift was broken and we had to use the stairs, it’s on the fourth floor. Not the hotels fault. The building has 4 floors and there is a hotel on each. The door code to our rooms didn’t work but the staff gave us an override code via WhatsApp. Location is very close to the train station but it wasn’t the cleanest of places. Again not the hotels fault. It’s not clear of you can help yourself to the food and drinks in the reception or you have to pay. That could be better explained when you arrive out of hours
