Many thanks for everything, Angelo! Thank you for the recommendations to visit and places to eat, it is always useful, especially for those who are visiting Naples for the first time. Angelo was always so kind, responsive, fast, and attentive to all our questions 🌙 The hotel was close to the train station and it was also very convenient because some tours have the meeting point a couple of blocks away, and when you leave your bags are heavier, so distance is specially convenient in the hot August weather. The room cooled fast and the shower turned cool/hot fast also, and although the area is busy during the day, it is super quiet at night and it is easy to fall asleep. The mini-fridge has water, juice, sodas, and beer you can purchase. Everything with the hotel was great and as a guest you feel comfortable and completely independent 😀

Naples in general seemed a bit unsafe for women solo travelling.

I had a very good stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean, nice, and comfortable. The washrooms were also clean and well maintained. Angelo was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. He recommended the best food spots nearby and was always checking if we needed anything. His hospitality made us feel welcome. The hotel is in a great location, very close to public transportation, so it was easy to get around. One thing to know is that the hotel is on the second floor and there is no lift, so be prepared to carry your luggage upstairs. Overall, I really enjoyed staying here and would happily recommend this hotel to others

The room looks modern and the staff was helpful with suggestions.

The room smelled like moist and single beds were too small. We were falling out during the night. Also there were way too many instructions provided by the staff like: not to put pressure on the sink as it's wall mounted, not to use all water out of the tank, all electric devices must to be unplugged and AC turned off when leaving, no smoking in the room. Furthermore, you can only pay for city tax by cash.
