The owner of the hotel is very helpful. Our train was delayed, he went to the hotel especially for our late check-in in a rainy night. After listening to our nightmare trip, he gave us two bottle of water which comfort us a lot. The property is in a buiding with a front door lock and inner door lock which makes us feel safe. You can use the facilities such as a boiler or a microwave in the kitchen which is very convenient.

It doesn't look good on the outside but it's great inside. Rooms are bright and very, very clean, exceptionally clean. Beautifully decorated with artificial flowers and scents. I loved the bathroom, very modern, very comfy shower, big mirror. I loved it!
Well, I didn't like the street, it looks a bit shady...but it's only 5 min. walk to train station so it was bearable.

Location close to Central Napoli
Many areas of improvement 1. ONLY sweet and cold stuff. Very poor range and options. 2. Staff not available at night 3. Late check in fee is 20 EUR without receipt 4. No place to keep luggage for a few hours after you checkout.
