We stayed here for two days, and the location is very convenient—approximately 8–10 minutes’ walk from the central station. Although the exterior appears like an older building, the room itself is modern and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. Access to the property was straightforward, with clear instructions provided in advance.
The only minor drawback is that the walls are somewhat thin, so occasional noise from other guests can be heard, which was slightly disturbing at night. Aside from this, the stay was excellent.

The room was very clean and they come to redo the bed and room every day
The street is a bit dodgy but considering we were close to the central station it is understandable.
