B&B Vesù

Everything was very clean, and the room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. We also loved the free coffee machine, plus having a kettle and mini fridge in the room and the breakfast daily. The air conditioner worked well. The location was another big plus, it’s very close to the train station, making it easy to get around by train, metro, or bus. We had a problem with a wi-fi bad signal and the issue was promptly solved by the owner next day. Overall, we had everything we needed and felt very comfortable.

We arrived Sunday early in the morning (8 am cca.) from the airport with the intention just to leave the luggage in the facility, as we previously agreeed with the owner. But calling the WhatsApp number of the owner there was no one to respond and to open the main door. We were a bit lucky that there was a person just leaving the condominium, so we were able to enter in and went to the 3 floor where the APP is located. Ringing several times at the door bell two girls, coming a day before in one of the APP, thanks Good opened the door and we are able to leave the luggage in the lobby. So we are able to continue our daily plan to visit the Pompeii. It was only after a few hours that we received a reply from the owner and instructions on how to access the apartment. The bathroom needs some improvements (fixing the douche door and toilet seat).

We had a great stay! The room and bathroom were spacious, and it was nice to have both a shower and a bathtub. Everything was very clean, and the room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. Nothing major. The only issue we had was that one night some guests with children were quite noisy, but fortunately it was only towards the end of our stay. Our room also had a private bathroom across the hallway instead of an ensuite bathroom. It was only a few steps away and we had our own key, so it wasn’t a big problem, but it was a little inconvenient, especially at night or early in the morning.

Great value for money. The apartment was great and close to the train station.

The street was very noisy.The building needs some improvements.

The room was pleasant and had everything we needed. We only stayed one night so we didn't get to see much of the place or experience the area enough to comment about. Vincent was very helpful and provided a great breakfast - one which was perfect to take with us to the ferry (which was about a 30 min walk to the port). Overall, the place was great and looked very well kept and up to standards! However, the area doesn't do it justice.

According to our taxi driver, the place is situated in a dodgy area of Naples - and we noticed this the following morning. but then again, Naples in general looked a bit sketchy - so be aware!
