    The only problem is the location (which is beyond the control of the hotel).

    The hotel has been renovated a year ago, that said there are many problems here. Double glazed balcony doors aren’t fitted properly so don’t block street noise, telephones in room rooms don’t work- terrible in case of emergency, the lift is an untended ancient joke and breakfast while decent has many unreplenished items you need to keep prompting staff to replace. The provided scrambled eggs are always cold as were the teeny sausages. Like the rest of Naples which is terribly run down and dirty, the hotel needs to review the above.

    Location is close to station. Breakfast was ok. For the price you pay you get your money worth. Staff booked our taxi and were nice.

    The hotel is near Napoli central station and that is a plus. However the facility was ok and meal was not up to the standard of a 4 star hotel. (It is for 2 or 3 star hotel. ) the area is dirty.
