The host made us feel really welcome. He gave us excellent advice for where to go when I asked for a map...including showing photos of sights on his PC.
The location is really close to Piazza Garibaldi station.
Room has great WiFi and air conditioning. Basic breakfast included.
Really modern bathroom.
Any negatives were all expected. The view from the balcony as our host said is ' not Sorrento!'.

Right near the station right by places to eat
Minimal breakfast. There is breakfast as stated but yeah, minimal.
Cash only for ( unjustified ) tourists tax. All cash machines in the area are not banks and charge rip off rates for withdrawals..
No foreign language TV channels. Have to use YouTube to get things like that.
That sad, the guy and probably, the guy's wife who I met, cleaning, were civil and the place is alright.

This hotel is a perfect place to overnight before your train trip in the morning. It’s compact and very close to the station.
This may not be the best place to get an impression of Naples.
