The fact that property (room) is well designed , no physical keys entry , motion sensor lighting , nice shower ,
it has a nice balcony view of Mt. Vesuvius , very good location
The building is a bit old and smelly outside , the elevator is a bit scary , a bit pricey , breakfast could had been better ,
but this does not really matters , as the room is faultless , it has a nice balcony view of Mt. Vesovius and has very good location

I stayed for one night because I was catching a train from Centrale Train Station. I did not stay for breakfast. Very kind owner.

The room was clean also very nice terrace. Location was very convenient it was across the street from the Regional train station. The restaurants were plenty with excellent food
The manager was extremely helpful. This property has hotel rooms and apartments so it’s not really a hotel
There was mold in the bathroom and the breakfast area wasn’t appealing, it was shabby.
