Alleria Rooms

It is an oasis in Napoli’s chaos. The location is great, just across the train station everything’s is close by. Check in was remotely done very easily with Salvo. The room was spacious, clean with comfortable beds and very clean. We had a wonderful breakfast prepared by Gilda with everything we wanted, she even accommodated to my GF needs. We were able to leave our luggage until the bus departure and she kept my earrings safe because I forgot them in the night table. Really nice people and a very nice and convenient place. Thanks Gilda and Salvo!

It may be a bit confusing to find.

I made a thorough research before booking and it paid off. This B&B really excelled on all fronts. It’s centrally located so you can easily reach all attractions with the use of metro, train (and the bus to the airport). At the same time the tenement house is very decent (compared to buildings in the old town). with the entrance at to the main square, although without the car traffic(The area is perfectly safe, you are not afraid to come back even late at night). The owners made a lot of effort when renovating this place. Windows in the B&B are triple glass with good isolation (zero noise at night, especially for rooms giving to the courtyard). Both the room and the bathroom were specious with modern equipment of high end. The air conditioning was efficient and quiet enough at night. We appreciated the fridge and electric kettle. The room was very clean and cleaned every day. You can also enjoy the breakfast served by the owners. I asked for some salty options and we got eggs, toasts with ham and cheese and, tomatoes (even though the place officially offers Italian breakfast). I would gladly come back if I’m in Naples again.

There’s really nothing that I could suggest to improve, since the owners are already making everything possible to make your stay comfortable. If you need sth extra, just ask them.

Gilda and Salvo were so responsive and helpful. The chocolate croissant for breakfast was amazing! The rooms are basic but they were spotless and all we needed. The bathrooms were absolutely pristine. The hotel was a little hidden but it is literally across the street and a two minute walk from the train station. We used WhatsApp to get the code to open the front door when we arrived and they answered immediately. We also loved that it was so easy to take the day trip to Pompeii with the train so close. Everything was great.

Located right across from the train station. The bed was comfortable. The front desk lady was incredibly nice and packed us breakfast to go.

The day before our host reached out saying our room had some plumbing issues and offered another location a few miles away from the station. We were not able to accommodate since the train was leaving @7:00 and had to stay close to the station. That day the host said the issue was fixed, yet the bathroom had a strong plumbing/ pipes smell. We didn’t risk taking a shower. Thank god it had a door and it didn’t smell in the bedroom with it closed. Overall, it would be fair if the host cancelled but no one wanted to loose $… P.S: Napoli is notorious for petty crime, phone was almost stolen by a person on a bike right from our hands. Stay alert.
