The location was perfect, right in the old centre in a walking distance of everything. The owner is very friendly and on our first day we got a lot of good information from him The apartment itself is clean, spacious but little more outdated than you see on the pictures. Good to know that there are 3 rooms and 2 rooms have a shared(!) terras. So if you rent the room with terras you share it with the people in an other room. On the pictures you see a kitchen, where you can have your breakfast. They don't serve breakfast but you have enough facilities to make your own (every room has a plancet in the refrigirator to use). Supermarkets are nearby. The toiletaries in the room are minimal. There is hand/shower soap but no shampoo etc.

Unfortunately the apartment is very noisy. We were not bothered by the noises from outside, but we heard the other people in the apartment talking and coming in and out of the rooms/the apartment. During daytime no problem but at night or early in the morning it wakes us up. People were in the kitchen at 6:30 am and not talking loud but there is a kind of echo in the apartment so until they left 2 hours later we couldn't sleep anymore. And if you are sleeping and people coming in after midnight.. yes that also wakes us up. And you really share the apartment (it is different from hotel) so if you know maybe not a problem but we didn't like it coming out of our room into the kitching bumping to a man who was making his breakfast only wearing his underwear (no tshirt) Another point was the communication with the owner. You get messages via booking from him (pay tourist tax! Otherwise penalty!!) not very welcoming. At day one we gave the tax but at the end of our stay we got 'did you pay? You have to pay'. That doesn't feel nice (and by the way, via message one it is 5 euro per day, the next message is said 5,50 per day but in the last message you hear that it is 6 euro per day) Also communication: The day before we left, they asked us how late we want to check out. We asked 14 pm. We didn't hear from him again. At 11:10 next day the cleaning lady was surprised. Then after a while, at 11:28 we got a message that 'you have to check out at 11:30'. So suddenly we had to rush to get out of the apartment. Also a very nice gesture was getting beach towels. How late do you need them? 9 am. In the morning we waited but no towels. We were already at the boat and we got message that the towels would be at our room 9:30...

Close to a lot of good restaurants and the main street, easy to get to from the train station or the pier, quiet neighbourhood.

Vraiment excellent séjour. Magnifique appartement avec de très belles chambres, propre bien décorée avec goût. La partie commune, cuisine et salon est vraiment très bien équipée, attention de bienvenue Limoncello et bonbons très agréable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié être surclassé, la chambre était spacieuse, belle propre, très bien équipée, la salle de bain juste magnifique !!! la petite terrasse qui donnait sur la chambre est très agréable. La chambre était confortable, propre et accueillante. L’arrivée autonome est vraiment agréable et simple, ainsi que la consigne à bagages. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La position la localisation du logement est parfaite on peut tout faire à pied. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir, encore merci pour votre excellent accueil.

Il y’a dans la description un local consigne pour déposer les bagages, celui-ci n’est pas sécurisant car le cadenas de la porte ne ferme pas. finalement après avoir téléphoné au propriétaire, il nous a rassuré en nous indiquant que le local était sous surveillance vidéo.
