Great location for exploring the old town (if you like real life!). Excellent facilities, coffee and breakfast materials provided. Polite and comprehensive introduction to the property when we arrived.
We didn’t realise until we’d already booked that the property had a very strict 6 pm latest check-in time (note - this is a problem with booking.com listings in general not with the specific accommodation). Our bus only arrived at 5:40 pm, we rushed across town with large bags to try and get there in time, and arrived at 6:06 …. but we were still fined €20 for late check-in.
Notes that the property is on the fourth floor of an old building, with a lift that has handwritten warnings suggesting that it shouldn’t be used by two people with large bags using it at the same time.

מיקום בלב העניינים ליד שפריציה מומלצת (אפרול שפריץ). החדר היה נקי ובמקרר חיכו בקבוקי מים ונשנושים. הבניין מאובטח מאד ויש מעלית. סלבטורה חיכה לנו בכניסה לבניין, איש נחמד מאד. ממול יש מעדנייה מומלצת של נקניקים וגבינות ויין , תעשו לעצמכם טובה ותקנו שם כריך.
מתחת לבניין הייתה מסיבה באחד הברים והיה רעש חזק עד חצות. חוץ מזה באמת מעל המצופה

Struttura vicino a Spaccanapoli, vicino a ristoranti, bar, e metro circa a 500 metri.
La struttura è vicino alla stazione ma non attaccata e ciò permette di alloggiare in comodità ma anche serenità.
Unica nota negativa che cercando il posto su Google maps non appare il collocamento preciso, è necessario cercare specificamente “via forcella 15” e non il nome casa Signoria.

Area comune piccola e poco pulita. Stabile fatiscente e sporco con mozziconi di sigarette sulle scale ed in ascensore.
