The hotel room was comfortable and clean. We arrived early and the cleaning lady was really kind to assist us. Caroline was also very helpful during our stay. We loved the cafe where we accessed breakfast!
We didn't receive the WhatsApp arrival instructions so wasn't quite sure what to do on arrival however this was resolved quickly. The toilet roll holder needs securing to the wall more securely

Incredible place to stay, perfect base location to explore this amazing city. Close to the beautiful streets of Naples, located in a safe area. Loads of amazing restaurants nearby. Room was very spacious, clean, very modern. Will definitely be back here next time in Naples. Also, extremely helpful owners ,lovely people :)

Safe and secure room as there are multiple security door codes to enter. An old school lift which is still working well surprisingly takes you up to the 6th floor with your room balcony overlooking the city and sea view. Semi private shared kitchenette area as there are only 3 guest rooms in total.
The mattress for the 3rd bed (sofabed) is thin hence less comfortable

Breakfast was just a juice or coffee and croissant at next door bar and had to be ordered online . No staff contact other than via WhatsApp. Safe did not work despite reporting it to manager. Door to room very loud and hard to close.
