Very modern finish, comfortable beds, good AC, nice bathroom. Spacious and modern kitchen in the common area shared with four other units. The owner was very helpful and met us at the front gate of the building. Voucher was provided for breakfast in Bar Bruno across the street (good but simple one - coffee and a croissant).

Super nice place to stay in Napoli. The location is convenient, close to the historical center, and also the port in case you want to take a ferry to Capri or Amalfi Coast. The building looks good and safe. The room was very clean and spacious, the bed was confortable. The host was very attentive throughout our stay. One big plus is that it's possible to check-in even if you arrive late, which we really appreciated.

the room is not really soundproof, so if you have a noisy neighbour (like a family with small children who wake up super early - as there are a few other rooms on the same floor), tough luck :)

These are several apartments with a shared kitchen. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the center, the port and the train station. Apartment 104 is almost new and nice, has a refrigerator, but is located above a very busy road, although on the third floor there is a lot of noise. There is an elevator. Communication with the staff without problems. The photos on Booking match.

Very noisy both day and night, additional soundproofing of the window would help, for example with shutters. If you hate sleeping in noise, you will definitely not sleep in rooms facing the street. I don't know if they have quieter rooms. The equipment is basic, there are only 4 hangers .The storage space cannot be used, at least add hangers. Even the bedside tables are very small design, but not functional. There are no towel hangers in the bathroom, nor a hanger for toilet paper or shampoo. According to the instructions you receive, the kitchen is not allowed to be used for cooking. It wouldn't even be possible, because the equipment is poor - one pot, two plates and two cutlery, which you can't even cut a bun with. Common for all apartments. There is a coffee maker, coffee and tea and plastic spoons and paper cups.
