The room was really nice, very spacious, and had more than enough space for two people. There was also a TV with YouTube, Netflix, etc. The air conditioning was an absolute game changer, haha! The location is perfect, right next to the main train station, so you have easy access to buses, the metro, and other public transport. The hotel also has a kitchen with everything you need. It’s very well equipped and has great facilities. The cleaning lady is an absolute angel! She was incredibly friendly, kind, caring, and helpful. She really made our stay even better. She’s amazing!

EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT.

The room was very clean and tidy. Air conditioning works very good. You can find everything that you need on the kitchen. The location is also great, near to the public transport and other things in the city.

Struttura pulitissima e accogliente

La zona purtroppo non è molto bella ma è strategica per potersi spostare con i mezzi pubblici.

The place is conveniently located close to the Napoli Centrale and Piazza Garibaldi. The rooms are modern and air conditioned. There are many amenities in the shared kitchen, with cookies, tea, and coffee machine. The cleaning lady was very nice.

Firstly, the city tax collection that is done only in cash. Finding the right amount of money is a hassle and an option to pay upfront, by cards, or by a bank transfer should be added ASAP. Secondly, the check-in method is very dubious and may be not very legal according to the Italian law (sending photos of IDs via a third party i.e., WhatsApp to unknown servers outside of the EU and then no direct contact with owner or employee of the flat, key pickup from a box). There should be a person handing in the keys simply and checking IDs like in any other hotel in Italy. Thirdly, the Wi-Fi was spotty and not working well frequently.
