The place is very well located. The room is spacious and nicely designed and has great AC, a comfortable bed and a private bathroom. We were having good contact with the personel, he helped us a lot with earlier check-in and some stuff in the room.
In the bathroom – in one place they clearly had some bug nest – under control, but bleh...
the AC in the kitchen was super cold, and we asked a few times to get it turned down, but without change :(
Kitchen is very poorly supplied, and there is no kettle, some things there are gross, like their old coffee maker :/

The property was very close to the train station and the rooms were clean.
We didn’t realize that we are getting a single room from an apartment and that we would be sharing some spaces with other tenants, this was a bit weird and surprising. The area around the building definitely doesn’t feel safe, maybe it is not a good choice for families or people traveling alone. The host that came to welcome us didn’t know any English, so it was a bit hard to communicate with her.

All looked great, same like in pictures. It was an overnight stay for us, which has met our expectations quite well.
The check in procedure was too complicated. Although I have clearly provided my late arrival time far in advance, there was no one who was there to meet us, moreover we never received any check in instructions (e.g., door code, phone numbers, people names). It took us half an hour and 5 phone calls to get in. Also - there was no toilet paper provided.
