    Location is central but apparently has a reputation for lots of petty theft - there were so many cops patrolling the area that it felt safe. The room itself was surprisingly small and underwhelming given this is a 4-star hotel. Breakfast was excellent, both the service and the food.

    All staffs were great except for 1 older gentleman at the front desk. Think he does not really want to work there, very grumpy. Room is not as clean.. the location is unsafe for tourists

    The hotel itself is fine, although i booked it because it looked like it had a terrace, but we couldn't use it. The area is a bit dodgy given its near the train station although it was fairly easy to get around. Wouldn't suggest staying there if you have kids.
