Hart Boutique Rooms

We stayed here for two nights while visiting Naples and Pompeii, the room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. A good spot to get out and explore and relax afterward.

The A/C was a bit weak in our room, but it was an extremely hot week. Complimentary water and a few extra touches like a corkscrew and an extra key would've improved our stay.

Location was close to the port Molo Beverello which is why I picked it - was a quick and easy taxi journey there. Check in only felt complicated as there is no staff at the reception, but they sent me a video and details beforehand, so in reality it was very easy to access the room. Room was modern and clean. Bathroom had clearly been renovated fairly recently and overall was a nice experience. I also liked the fact they team up with a taxi service to help you get to the airport in the middle of the night. While travelling solo, this put my mind at ease and helped get my journey off to an easy start. This was another reason I picked this hotel.

I felt like I was getting bitten all night long - having had bed bugs in the past I was worried but saw no blood spot stains in the morning. I did however develop bites on my arms and legs, but of course I cannot guarantee it was the bed or whether it was just from being outside. Unfortunately this meant I had quite an uncomfortable night and did not sleep much at all.

Central location, clean, modern rooms. Original we booked when the property was Hart Boutique Hotel, new name Hart Boutique Rooms which is more applicable because it is not a hotel. Rooms on a floor within a building.

Good location to access central station. Easy check in process. Host was quickly available for conversation.

Bed was bad had back issues both the nights. Gets loud at night. No readily available staff on property for any help.
