Great communication from the owners. It was a very short train ride from the central station and a 5 min walk. On arrival we received advice on the local area, where to eat and drink and the location in the historic centre was perfect. and the room was perfect.

It was handy to the old part of town. And felt safe. The staff were very helpful.
My room had a broken hair dryer just hanging in the bath room
You shouldn’t try to walk there from the train station with a big travel bag on wheels - catch the metro! The cobbled streets make it quite difficult with a bag.

The room was more than adequate for what we needed.
Good size area and good bathroom space.
Facilities were great and the location was perfect .
Perhaps some free water bottles.
But otherwise everything else was very good.

Location
The hotel requested that I send my passport information via Whatsapp, I was charged 4 Euro for drinking two bottles of water in the fridge (the price list was not clearly posted; it was placed under a bowl of coffee condiments), the mattress was sunken in on one side, and the water struggled to drain in the shower.
