    We enjoyed our stay here & found everything & everyone to be very nice & helpful. Lovely dining room & Carlos, food mgr, was darling & fixed some great bkfst dishes. He even gave me a bag to take a couple with me when we left real early. Room was clean, nice bathroom, & accommodated our needs. Due to it being 500 years old we had a few tiny pebbles that fell on us one night when sleeping & others found on top of white sheets during day. They said roof had these all over it & some get through occasionally. The entrance is on a very narrow, graffiti-lined street which seems to be common for some of these old private residences converted to hotels. Would have liked a city view but don’t think any rooms had that. Overall a reasonable hotel…

    I stayed here one night as part of a solo trip. The hotel is located close to public transit and popular restaurants. It is hidden away on a side street but is massive and gorgeous on the inside. The staff is lovely and I would stay here again on any return trips to Naples.

    We passed through Napoli for only 2 days 1 night, so a very quick experience with the hotel. Location, beds, bathroom are great. Water in the fridge is paid. Breakfast is included but honestly should skip it, not very good. Coffee was disgusting considering how easy it is to get a good espresso around. No spa - no idea why that’s listed on the hotel info, and honestly a bit disappointing bc it was a large part of why we were willing to pay this price. Maybe was for (not working) jacuzzi inserts in bath? Overall good.

    Near to city center. But not a very good facilities. Hotel is quite old property. And rooms are quite small
