Struttura centralissima per visitare tutta Napoli a piedi, senza fatica. Accoglienza fantastica, comunicazioni istantanee tramite whatsapp, tutti i dubbi chiariti con professionalità e cortesia. Stanza accogliente, bagno molto bello, letti comodi, aria condizionata top.

Il servizio di accoglienza è stato impeccabile, le ragazze che mi hanno accolto sono state molto premurose. La posizione è eccellente, anche la pulizia.
Non era prevista la colazione, tranne una cialda per il caffè che si poteva preparare fuori dalla camera nel corridoio... non ho trovato acqua in camera e ho dovuto sempre procurarmela, non ho trovato neanche bustine di tisane (solo thè e camomilla). Mi hanno chiesto il pagamento anticipato di tutto anche delle tasse che ho dovuto pagare in contanti!!! Non tutte le camere hanno gli stessi standard... Quando ho prenotato per la terza volta mi hanno assegnato una camera con un bagno poco confortevole. Attenzione al ristorante sottostante che fa lavori anche di notte... Ad oggi non ho ancora ricevuto le fatture degli ultimi due soggiorni (era un viaggio di lavoro) nonostante abbia sollecitato e motivato l'urgenza, è passato ormai quasi un mese. Quando ho prenotato direttamente presso la struttura ho pagato di più che su Booking.
