Great location. Warm welcome, very lovely rooms, and very friendly staff. Lots of useful information on Naples. Lovely breakfasts. a home from home.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate us with respect to dietary restrictions and luggage issues after some baggage delays flying into Naples. Very attentive to our needs and I would definitely recommend staying there if you want to be in a very walkable area if Naples.
I would have loved somewhere comfortable to sit in my room other than the bed, and the outlet by the bed was sort of blocked by the headboard making it unusable with my adapter/converter.

Very nice staff
Quaint and cozy setting once you get into hotel . Comfortable beds and very clean. Wonderful staff . Organized cab ride to and from hotel .
