Everything! My first impression was the warm and friendly welcome when I arrived. My room was lovely and it felt like staying in a very comfortable house. Breakfast was yummy and the location of the place is just right - at the quiet end of the Centro Storico but within walking distance of most sights. It was perfect.

Perfect location for exploring Naples by foot. Warm welcome. Amazing breakfast. Sitting on the terrace with a glass of wine. Stylish rooms. If we’re back in Naples, we’d stay here again for sure!

Nice views from roof terrace. Fabrizio was helpful and attentive.
The shower was dirty with hairs from a previous stay. Also lots of mold in and around the shower. I don’t expect 5 star luxury for this but proper cleaning and maintenance is a must for me. No elevator in the building and this is 3 floors up. This should be mentioned in the description of the stay, I don’t recall I had seen anything like that. In my opinion this property has not the value for money to be listed in the Lonely Planet guide.
