Great place for what u pay! We stayed for one night and they were kind with my requests

Perfect location. Very quiet place, with minimarket right nearby. Comfy beds, air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, big screen TV. Cleaning service. Easy access to the first floor. 5 minutes walk to Dante metro station, 10 minutes walk to Pizzeria Starita, 15 minutes walk to Montesanto station.
Limited direct sunlight.

Large room with balcony and close to the old part of town. There was also a small fridge in the room. Though marketed as a B&B they stopped offering breakfast after Covid and have no intention of reintroducing it, however, a coffee machine was available and cakes appeared each morning in the common area.
The flow of hot water could be improved. Though unaffected there was building work happening along the corridor as a new bedroom was being built. Overpriced at more than £100.00 per night per room. Bins are emptied outside from 04:00 in the morning. Shower needs updating.
