The staff were very helpful and the room was clean, a good size for three people, and had great air con. The breakfast spread was high quality and the location was perfect for accessing all that naples had to offer. Very satisfied overall.
There was quite a lot of stairs to get to the b&b it was a shame the lift didn't work for free at all times of the day.

The room was stunning - better than it looked in the photos even! The ceilings were so high - the room felt really fancy. It's a fantastic location and well connected with the metro stop just in the square you can see from the balcony. The staff with whom we met with were so helpful - especially on checkout day when we needed a bit of extra time. Would highly recommend!
Honestly - the TINIEST thing - the specific room we stayed in (14 maybe?) was next to the breakfast room, so in the morning, my partner, who is a light sleeper, was awoken by the breakfast prep. Nothing some earplugs wouldn't fix if it might be a bother for you.

Beautiful traditional building. Modern interior. Nice décor.
I arrived at night and it was difficult to gain entry, even with a you tube video! Once inside the main door , you have to go back to the end of a yard to find the lift. Once on the 4th floor , it took a while to find where to go and to get into the properly and then into the room! There were three separate spots to locate and open. I would have likes to have a person from the bnb Check on me the following day. There was no human contact , other than with a lady qervinh breakfast .

Breakfast was very basic and not many healthy options. Had a dirty plate which we asked to swap and the staff wiped it and gave it back!
No plug in the sink, shower didn’t work properly and was leaking. Advertised as two double beds but one was a sofa bed. Difficult to find and had to pay for the lift, stressful arrival.
