Fabulous big room in wonderful old characteristic building. Balcony overlooking Dante Piazza. On the doorstep of all you want to see and need. Metro across the road. Amazing atmosphere all around. Brilliant breakfast.
Challenge getting in from the street first time using a smartphone app, though it worked well when used to it. Get them to explain! Lift needs 20c, or 100 steps up, though concierge delightful and showed us eventually. Saw no one in 5 days except the breakfast lady.

Amazing location to explore Napels. Room was spacious and clean. Staff are very helpful (on site and via WhatsApp)

Breakfast was very basic and not many healthy options. Had a dirty plate which we asked to swap and the staff wiped it and gave it back!
No plug in the sink, shower didn’t work properly and was leaking. Advertised as two double beds but one was a sofa bed. Difficult to find and had to pay for the lift, stressful arrival.
