Excellent location in central Naples. Quiet place on the fifth floor, with elevator. Good organization of our arrival, we came early, were received and given the keys, and left the luggage in the reception room, then went to the town until our room wasnt ready. Breakfast in the nearby bar, with fine croissants and cappuccino.

Room is not cleaned every they, although it would be if we asked. Towels are not changed either, but it is part of a deal. We agreed, because we are aware how much water and detergent it uses, not always necessary.

1. On the booking.com website, they claimed that the payment for the hotel stay would be made directly at the hotel, however, the funds were fully deducted from the bank card early in the morning on the day of arrival, and this is the misinformation of the client. 2. I sent a message to the host with our exact arrival time and asked him to personally meet us, however no one met us and I received a message that the check-in will take place remotely, but this remote check-in procedure is not acceptable, as if my smartphone turned out to be defective / lost / stolen / discharged, then I would just stay on the street that night.
