Accoglienza e disponibilità di Mattia, pulizia perfetta, bagno spazioso, kit di benvenuto completo di tutti i prodotti da bagno, posizione comodissima x visitare il centro, zona silenziosa fuori dal caos, possibilità di check in ritardato e deposito bagagli senza sovrapprezzo
La stanza era un po‘ buia affacciando su un cortile interno. La porta del bagno si apriva e chiudeva con difficoltà causa attrito col pavimento. La colazione presso bar convenzionato e’ comoda ma non offre alcuna opzione salata o alternativa alla classica pasta dolce (che era comunque ottima)

zentrale Lage, sehr schönes Zimmer in einem alten herrschaftlichen Gebäude Mattia hat uns sehr viel über Neapel erzählt und uns öfters Hilfe angeboten und gegeben.
nichts, das Fenster ging zur Straße raus und es war dadurch nachts etwas laut

Location and helpful owners when present. Organised a taxi in the middle of the night.
Lack of hotel facilities. No concierge present. Air conditioning poor quality. Some rooms very noisy. Hard mattress. Very limited breakfast facilities.
