My wife and I were Interrailing all around Europe booking accompanied as we went. So we stayed at a bunch of different types of accommodation depending how long we were staying. Booked this for our last two nights in Naples before we headed home. The room itself was nice. Clean. Decent. But….. we were housed in the overspill across the road from the main hotel. And this is the thing. It’s a bit more of a hostel setup rather than a hotel. Right outside our bedroom door was the communal kitchen breakfast area. So both mornings we were woken up with fellow travellers making a coffee on the nespresso machine churning away. Not ideal. I think it’s really a European interpretation of what accommodation is as opposed to what we brits think. But, the location was good and it was fairly priced. Breakfast was some fresh pastries delivered and it was first come first served.
Bit more a hostel than a hotel. And noisy from both outside the building and within
