Clean, secure, comfortable bed and bath. Breakfast was excellent with perfect service by Julia. Ability to store our luggage after morning check-out for a nominal fee. Location just a little walk from many key sites with close bus and metro stops. Highly responsive remote caretaker via WhatsApp.

Room too tight. However, it had plenty of cupboard space for people with good organizing skills.

Good location, very clean

The location

Location was the only thing that was great - off a busy main road to the Central Station, barely a 15-20mins walk. With a Metro station in between. Room was large and spacious - basically a B&B. Bathroom comparatively small but clean. Thankfully it had an elevator. Host sent whatsapp message regarding entry and later arranged for taxi to the airport early morning. Basically, keep your expectations low - a Clean room, clean bathroom, clean linen (although don't know), some breakfast and that is it.

Bed was quite uncomfortable, gave me a back ache. Airconditioning was highly inadequate for the room, it was placed at one end wrongly facing, so it never cooled the room, making the nights quite uncomfortable. Breakfast lady would bring in the breakfast in the room, consisting of packaged stuff including the toast - Milk and coffee. No eggs or Fruits. Better to step out and cross the road for breakfast. Wifi Password took the cake - it was a long alpha-numeric gibberish comprising of upper and lowercase. Plus the password in the room was different from the one in the lobby. So had to wait till morning for the breakfast lady to punch it in in our mobiles. Host communication was extremely limited both on booking.com and once we were there. My wife sprained her ankle and I was looking to get some ice for a cold compress - no response when asked for over whatsapp.
