"The rooms were very neat an newly frubished quite opposite to everything else in Naples. Breakfast was at a neaby cafe where you got a cappucino and one croissant, all included in the stay."

Son emplacement central, la facilité dans le check-in/out, le nettoyage quotidien et sa propreté, l’eau en guise de bienvenue, la climatisation, les produits de douche, l’amabilité du personnel et son accessibilité
Pas bloquant mais ça serait très bien d’améliorer : les oreillers un peu bas et durs, et la disposition du routeur wifi dans la chambre ne permet pas de capter dans toute la chambre (surtout une fois dans le grand lit), sinon 👌🏻

Molto spazioso (sia stanza che bagno) e pulito, asciugamani e articoli da bagno per tutti gli ospiti e tutte le necessità (saponetta, gel doccia, shampoo e persino detergente intimo).

I like that the b&b is located two minutes from the metro. There is a grocery 1 minute away and several food options within minutes walk. The staff were not present on site but reachable if needed. The room was cleaned daily.
The code system was quite annoying with one code for the main door and another for the room. I would recommend one code that works for the room and main door, shorter so you can remember. Perhaps have a system where you can enter your own pin or change it to something memorable. The room was a bit small compared to the photos however I did see some other rooms while the cleaner was cleaning and they were of the size advertised but mines was much smaller
